The Terms and Conditions of online shop "HAIR.COM.PL" govern the terms of submitting orders by customers and selling the goods by our shop. By placing an order in online shop www.hair.com.pl you accept these regulations. All matters not regulated by these terms are subject to the Civil Code. Under the “Data Protection Act”, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
• The prices of the products offered by online shop "HAIR.COM.PL" are stated in PLN and contain VAT tax (gross prices).
• The basic condition of order fulfillment is correctly filled order submission form which appears on the sites of the online shop while placing the order (shopping cart).
• "HAIR.COM.PL" reserves its right to reject the orders submitted in an incorrectly completed form.
• The purchased products are delivered to the address provided in the order submission form.
• The customer has a right to choose the means of delivery: priority parcel, regular parcel, courier delivery, train delivery after having transferred the appropriate amount to our bank account.
• Delivery costs are covered by the customer.
• The order will be confirmed within 24 hours period. The orders which are not confirmed will not be fulfilled.
• All the orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from the time the order was submitted excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
