DELIVERY:
• PRIORITY PARCEL- an order placed by 12:00 and confirmed by telephone or short text message – 1 - 7 working days.
• REGULAR (POSTAL) PARCEL - 3-10 days
• COURIER DELIVERY – within the day following the day of dispatch.
• LOCAL PICKUP
All the orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from the time the order was submitted excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. During holidays the delivery time may be extended.
If the ordered product is out-of-stock, the customer is informed about this fact and the extended time of delivery. If the customer does not approve of the extended delivery time, the order may be cancelled or the item which extends the delivery time may be cancelled.

• If you do not obtain a parcel or an advice note within 7 days from the time the order was confirmed, please contact your local post office – sometimes it turns out that the advice note has been lost. To pick up the parcel you need to have your identity card.
COMPLAINTS:
• We do not accept any complaints about the products bought at our shop.
• Some products are covered under one-year warranty.
• Under the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, Article 2 point 1, the costumer may return the item bought within the period of ten days according to Article 10 of the Act mentioned above. We also inform that to return the product it is necessary to call us at +48668-589-356 to establish the return conditions. The product sent back to the shop must be in the unchanged condition (in non-damaged package, having no signs of being used). The customer sends the goods to our address on his own expense. If the conditions are not met, the complaint may be rejected.
